These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MIKA Financial Strategy Group website (mikafsg.com) and the services described here. MIKA Financial Strategy Group ("MIKA FSG," "we," "us") is a division of MIKA Technologies LLC. By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

MIKA FSG provides fractional CFO services, financial strategy, business intelligence, KPI and dashboard design, forecasting, cash-flow management, and related business advisory services. Specific services, deliverables, and timelines for each engagement are defined in a separate written agreement or statement of work. In case of conflict, the signed agreement controls.

2. Not Professional Advice

MIKA FSG is not a law firm, CPA firm, or registered investment advisor. Our services are provided for general business planning purposes and do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, audit, or investment advice. You should consult qualified legal, tax, and financial professionals regarding decisions specific to your situation. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on our analyses or recommendations.

3. Your Responsibilities

To serve you effectively, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely financial information and to cooperate reasonably with our requests. Delays or inaccuracies in the information you provide may affect deliverables and timelines. All business decisions remain yours.

4. Fees and Payment

Current service packages are listed on our Services page: Business Financial Assessment (starting at $750), Growth CFO Package (starting at $1,500/month), and Executive CFO Package (starting at $3,000/month). Payments for assessments are due upon engagement; monthly packages will be billed in advance. Late payments may pause services until the account is current. All fees are in U.S. dollars.

5. Term and Termination

One-time engagements (such as the Business Financial Assessment) conclude upon delivery. Monthly packages continue until either party provides 30 days' written notice of termination. You remain responsible for fees through the end of the notice period. Either party may terminate immediately for material breach.

6. Confidentiality

We treat your financial and business information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available or that you authorize us to share (for example, in a published case study or testimonial).

7. Intellectual Property

Our frameworks, methodologies, templates, models, and proprietary materials remain the property of MIKA FSG. Reports, analyses, and deliverables prepared specifically for you are yours to use internally upon full payment. You may not resell or redistribute our proprietary materials.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MIKA FSG, its owners, and contractors from claims arising from your misuse of our services, your breach of these Terms, or decisions you make based on our work.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the site or services after changes constitutes acceptance.
